Even if the controls on the PS4 weren’t so terrible and I could have finished the game on the console, the story and puzzles in the rest of The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 still would have brought the game down.- ActionTrip

The game’s one saving grace could be the wealth of content, like items and stuff you can do. That seems irrelevant in a game that has little depth and very few elements that could keep you playing.- ActionTrip

If you’re bored out of your mind and you need an RPG fast, well, then stay bored. You don’t want to be even more bored. it’s probably best to return to games like Diablo 3 and Divinity: Original Sin, both of which offer ten times the content and ten times the fun.- ActionTrip

A Machine for Pigs takes Amnesia's formula and shows us how to screw it up. The idea had huge potential, but it's squandered on what frankly is a cheap and uninvolving game. This was an extremely disappointing experience.- ActionTrip

As much as I’d like to describe this game as ‘challenging’ I really can’t, in all good conscience do that, because I’d rather use the word ‘frustrating’. Not just because the game’s technologically underdone and has dumb AI, but because of the monotonous gameplay.- ActionTrip

Veteran FPS players won’t waste more than an hour on it. Everyone else should scream in contempt at the developers; rightfully so. Ideas such as the ‘Escape’ mode are cool, although whether you choose solo or multiplayer, be warned that the novelty soon wears off as Aliens Colonial Marines shows its true colors, unveiling an excruciatingly dull first-person shooter with all the entertainment value of tap-dancing hermit crab.- ActionTrip

After all that's said and done, Medal of Honor: Warfighter is nothing more than a broken action game that falls way behind other shooters.- ActionTrip

The franchise took a disastrous plummet into the world of broken, mediocre shooters, where it blatantly doesn't belong.- ActionTrip

The spirit of the series isn't there anymore. They've streamlined the gameplay to better suit mainstream tendencies. By doing so, they killed off the very spark that made this series stand out from heaps of generic action games. To sum up, Ninja Gaiden 3 sucks in so many ways, it's almost impossible to find any redeeming features.- ActionTrip

The real trouble with Resident Evil: ORC is that the underdeveloped gameplay and technical issues keep getting in the way of multiplayer fun, which was the point of the game.- ActionTrip

You won't find any lasting qualities in Duke Nukem Forever and it doesn't have anything to compete against numerous modern games that have so much more to offer.- ActionTrip

In short, the game is a complete turd that wastes the idea of its central mechanic and couples this with platforming gameplay that would have been woefully underwhelming a decade ago. Nothing else is anything to write home about, from the characters to the story to the sound design.- ActionTrip

The environments are practically lifeless, with poor textures and hardly any additional detail in the background, the characters are uninteresting, the narrative has been oversimplified and, finally, the hack'n'slash combat isn't different from the average generic console game we often see today.- ActionTrip

In the end, it's not a question of taste or player skill. Dark Void is filled from top to bottom with lousy design choices, technical flaws and overall crappy and uninteresting gameplay mechanics.- ActionTrip

Guys, I'll be honest with you here. I really gave my best shot at finding some redeeming feature in Damnation. Truth be told, you couldn't find such a feature if you spent several days playing this tragedy of a game. And if you do take it upon yourself to play it for more than one day, I fear for your sanity.- ActionTrip

It's short. Shorter than any other game we've played this year or indeed the previous year. It's over before you can say: "endoskeleton." Not only that, but it lacks replayability and anything that would drag you back for another round. There's a co-op option, but it suffers the same, degrading facets that can be experienced in solo play.- ActionTrip

In light of the game's ambitiously advertised, but ultimately disastrous technology, one has to wonder just how many hours were actually spent on testing this shambles of a game.- ActionTrip

Conquest isn't a very fun game. Thanks to all the aforementioned drawbacks, there's virtually nothing to enjoy about the single-player (we strongly advise you skip that).- ActionTrip

The whole game feels like an insipid GTA clone that overemphasizes mindless destruction. For some games, this is enough, if it's done with style. In Mercs 2, it just feels pointless and without soul.- ActionTrip

Much to our discontent, Iron Man joins the long list of crappy movie tie-ins, sinking lower than Treyarch's "Spider-Man 3" and even lower than Shiny's "Enter the Matrix."- ActionTrip

If senseless, over-the-top violence can keep you entertained, you'll be done with the single-player portion in several hours, after which you might want to get into the multiplayer. Yet, this is just another mundane aspect of the game, featuring nothing beyond the traditional deathmatch, CTF and so on.- ActionTrip

The bottom line is that it doesn't come even close to the open-ended gameplay of GTA and the overall quality of Max Payne. Drawing any further comparison with these two well-known titles would be a waste of time. In fact, the entire game is a waste of time and money.- ActionTrip

This game can be completed, from start to finish in two hours. I am not joking. What's more is there's no incentive to go back and replay anything in this game. All in all, the PC version of this magnificent film, with an equally magnificent console game does not measure up to either side of its namesake.- ActionTrip
