Sid Meier's Starships is a good strategy game with a strong combat system. But we miss more complexity in its gestion and diplomacy options.

Wheelman is a merely correct videogame that could be improved with more inspiration in its development. Nothing is especially good or bad in this Vin Diesel flick, but it needs that point that pushes us to play and/or recommend it. With the enormous supply of quality Sand-Box in the market, the option of Wheelman is only useful for those who are done with Saint’s Row 2 or GTA IV.

Strafe is like an old-school FPS game. Seasoned players will like it but newcomers will find it too frustrating.

Capcom pulled out a fine port of one of the best 2D fighting games out there, being one of the best available on iPhone and iPad too.

Command & Conquer 4 is a "standard" RTS game because of its uninspired concept, boring campaign and unbalanced multiplayer.

A fun but somewhat uninspiring super hero game based on the famous Marvel Comics franchise.

FBC Firebreak has a healthy perspective on multiplayer. It's casual for your average hardcore extraction or looter shooter, yet far from a party game or something in the likes. It wants to be fun. It sorta is. It's just not fun, unique or deep enough to steal hours off the bigger co-op games out there. I still enjoyed my time with it, though, and its many weird quirky aesthetics and mission objectives. No matter how it lands, it's still good in its own right.

A good Off-Road racing videogame with a great arcade style, astonishing environments and accessible driving.

Need for Speed Undercover is one of the biggest bluffs of this final quarter of 2008. Far from catching the spirit of Most Wanted, the game of Black Box fails in its proposal because of an excessively easy campaign and because of its "shock-car" style driving.

Although the franchise needs clearer improvements, for Answer is a title that will captivate fans of the mechs. The incorporation of a cooperative mode brings a nice add-on, and the customization continues being one of great the attractiveness of the Armored Core series.

Van Helsing III is a good game with solid action-RPG experience for every fan of the genre with solid gameplay, but it lacks the features needed to become a worthy culmination of a trilogy.

Forspoken is a good idea that is unable to build the playable and narrative style to make it shine. We want to explore its world, but there's not much to do, nor does the story push you to do so. [Not Recommended]

Alpha Protocol succeeds at being on of the first spy-gaming RPG ever. It's not easy to love because of its poor graphics and clumsy control scheme, but as awkward as some elements feel, it's hard to not get engaged with it in just a few hours.

Solid and complete "hack´n slash" action adventure game with a good amount of strategy-like new features. Unfortunately, the game needs graphics improvement. It's not very next-gen.

Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines is not so long and not so deep than the first title in the series, but it's still a decent way to play with Altair in a PSP system.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an overdesigned version of what could've been an appealing and easygoing game à la Hi-Fi Rush or Sunset Overdrive. DC's baddies are at their best when actors and artists are able to show their skills, but these moments are sadly overshadowed by many layers of unnecessary RPG depth that don't really add for a compelling experience. Rocksteady has clearly done what they could with a business model that once again proves to be a bit too ambitious to be genuinely good.

Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water is a title that, at the time of its release, could already be considered outdated by market trends. However, that is where its charm lies, in maintaining a formula that has worked since its inception on PS2 and exposing Japanese terror as very few have achieved within the video game. This relaunch brings with it a handful of additions such as improving its rate of images per second, reducing loading times, new aesthetic content or the inclusion of photo mode. Although the original experience, hand in hand with the Wii U GamePad, is unrepeatable, the version analyzed on PS5 manages to correctly adapt its mechanics. Without a doubt, a game more than necessary for horror lovers. [Recommended]
