The developers have done a fantastic job porting the game except for a few graphics problems although the online play was surprisingly tolerable even with the servers in Europe.- 3DAvenue

The best description for Far Cry would be "a game that received hype, but lived up to every last damn word of it".- 3DAvenue

An early candidate for 2004's best PC game and quite possibly the smartest game purchase choice you'll make since leaving "Daikatana" on the shelf.- 3DAvenue

The new additions probably aren't enough for owners of the PS2 version to shell out the full asking price again for the Xbox version but for those new to the franchise it offers a decent experience which should keep fans of ninja games happy for a while, despite its flaws.- 3DAvenue

The main problem with the game is also one of its strengths. The fact that it has only Corvette cars will definitely turn people off the game, but also attract a niche market of those who can't get enough one of the most famous American muscle cars.- 3DAvenue

Everything about the game oozes both style and the replication of a 1930s era is second to none.- 3DAvenue

The RPG elements keep the game from getting overly repetitive but at the very basic level, the game is a monotonous task of defeating enemies to progress further.- 3DAvenue

The game is also really easy to get to grips with and features some very user friendly mechanics. For instance, jumping off a building will automatically deploy the rapel, eliminating the possibility of a mistake.- 3DAvenue

It's a shame it doesn't support four player multiplayer and if you're only buying it for multiplayer then it is somewhat hard to recommended over "Dungeons and Dragons: Heroes," which offers two extra players on the same screen at once.- 3DAvenue

This is a waste of money on the developers part to whack a mixture of poorly thought out ideas, bad visuals and sound, in the hope that a few people will somehow be tricked into buying it.- 3DAvenue

Once you complete the game you will feel as if it had been slapped together with quickset glue and the storyline, whilst adding to the game, is the biggest disappointment of all, primarily because of the way it ends.- 3DAvenue

It is a shame that the storyline wasn't fleshed out a bit more with unique levels as it would have made it a far better game but really, only the comedy saves this one from becoming an average title.- 3DAvenue
