Games are ranked by Metascore prior to rounding, and any titles with fewer than 7 reviews from professional critics are excluded. If a single title would have landed on the list multiple times due to low scores on more than one platform, we only included the lowest-scoring version.

38 #3: Blades of Time (Switch)

Released on previous-generation consoles in 2012, this hack-and-slash title from Gaijin Entertainment has never received particularly good reviews. But this new Switch port is the lowest-scoring version to date, with critics wondering why anyone bothered to revive the game for current hardware.

With so many elements that are broken, nobody should be playing this, which is too bad because there are some aspects at hand that could have made it interesting. There is a surprising amount of unlockable content that nobody will ever bother to get, because who in their right mind would ever wish to torture themselves?
