41 Tokyo Tattoo Girls (Vita)

(#8) A premise that seems promisingly odd (in a post-apocalyptic Tokyo, your heroines gain powers through their tattoos) is wasted in a strategy game that turns out to have an undeveloped story and very little for gamers to do.
