These Are the Best (and Worst) Star Trek Movies, Ranked
The voyages of the starship Enterprise have enjoyed a long life on the big screen through decades of marauding aliens, environmental crises, and temporal anomalies. Although the crew has achieved its mission of boldly going where no one has gone before, the various films have had spottier levels of success, at least with critics.

Trekker purists may have nursed a deep hatred for Into Darkness, but critics and general audiences didn’t care about the inconsistencies, or the fact that Khan doesn’t even remotely look Indian. (Benedict Cumberbatch can do no wrong!) Combined with some visually stunning shots, incredible action sequences, and thrilling character interactions, Into Darkness was a crowd pleaser.
