Australian psych-rock band Pond is an offshoot of the increasingly popular Tame Impala, sharing a rotating group of members (with Jay Watson the constant in both acts). Though Tame Impala leader Kevin Parker is no longer in Pond, he serves as producer for their seventh album, a loose concept album about colonial cities (and their hometown of Perth in particular).
