Hulu's new true-crime anthology series begins with an eight-episode story of a truly toxic mother-daughter relationship, adapted from Michelle Dean's 2016 Buzzfeed article "Dee Dee Wanted Her Daughter To Be Sick, Gypsy Wanted Her Mom To Be Murdered." Patricia Arquette and Joey King head a cast that also features Chloe Sevigny, AnnaSophia Robb and Calum Worthy.
