Debuts April 25 on IFC. Another under-the-radar gem, this comedy about a down-and-out baseball announcer (Hank Azaria) relegated to the minor leagues was a favorite among reviewers during its debut season last year, when it wound up on several critic top-10 lists. Season 2 finds Jim Brockmire settling into a new job in New Orleans, which may not turn out to be the best home for an alcoholic looking to rebuild his life. (Yes, season 2 is somehow darker than season 1.) Following him there is his friend Charles (Tyrel Jackson Williams), who is now his roommate.
