Formerly titled The Artful Escape of Francis Vendetti, the latest indie from Annapurna Interactive has been in development for over five years since it was first conceived by Australian musician Johnny Galvatron (who has performed with Tame Impala in addition to fronting his own band, The Galvatrons). Naturally, his creation is a music-themed game that follows a rocker through a psychedelic, multi-dimensional journey to escape the shackles of his legacy (his uncle was a famous Dylan-esque folk musician) and perfect his on-stage persona. And he's enlisted a voice cast that features Jason Schwartzman, Lena Heady, Carl Weathers, and Mark Strong. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will get the game at launch.
