Blizzard's acclaimed 2000 RPG Diablo II heads to consoles for the first time in this remastered edition that also includes content from the Lord of Destruction expansion. Also available on PC, Resurrected allows cross-play between platforms (as well as cross-progression) and makes numerous changes to the original game. The most noticeable is with the visuals: While the original used 2D graphics, Resurrected features full 3D rendering and runs at 4K on supported platforms (though you can toggle back to the original look if you prefer it). All 27 minutes of the game's cinematics have been remade from scratch (and look terrific), and the audio has also been upgraded to 7.1 Dolby Surround. But gameplay remains mostly the same, and the popular online multiplayer (supporting up to 8 players) has been retained. Veteran players can even import their save files from the original game.
