Miniseries debuts October 7 on Adult Swim. After winning acclaim for his previous animated shows Samurai Jack and Dexter's Laboratory, Genndy Tartakovsky is getting experimental on us. His new Adult Swim miniseries is entirely dialogue-free, using only images to convey an unlikely friendship between a caveman and a dinosaur living solitary lives in a very violent, prehistoric world. (While Tartakovsky has worked on numerous kid-friendly projects, this is not one of them.) The five half-hour episodes will air on consecutive nights (at midnight) throughout the week, and you absolutely won't want to miss them if you are a fan of Tartakovsky's work, if the glowing reviews out of a recent Fantastic Fest premiere are to be trusted.
