Season 3 debuts November 19 on HBO Max
If you are a fan of What We Do in the Shadows or The Office, then the BAFTA-winning Britcom Stath Lets Flats should be your next obsession—if it isn't already. In fact, the workplace cringe comedy probably comes closer in spirit to the original Ricky Gervais version of The Office than any other series to follow in its footsteps. Returning for its third season (which streams in the States on HBO Max, where you can also catch up on the first two seasons), Stath was created by and stars Jamie Demetriou, who plays the title character—a man from whom you definitely do not want to lease an apartment. And his colleagues, including Demetriou's real-life sister Natasia Demetriou (who also stars as Nadja on the aforementioned What We Do in the Shadows), are only marginally more competent. The new episodes find father-to-be Stath attempting to save the family business after the events of last season's finale.
