This much we know: The Switch is getting its very own main entry in the nearly 30-year-old Fire Emblem franchise, likely sometime this year. It'll be the first major franchise installment developed specifically for a Nintendo console since the Wii's Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn in 2007, and it'll support the Switch's handheld capabilities. But, as far as details go, that's it. Even the game's name (currently "Fire Emblem for Nintendo Switch") is a placeholder.
