The 2014 Wii U game (with an unusually high 9.0 user score accompanying solid reviews from critics) comes to the Switch in May. The Switch port makes the entire game playable in local co-op, and adds a brand-new mode (not present in the Wii U version) that centers on the "groovy surfing simian" Funky Kong, who can perform infinite rolls, even underwater.
