Monkey movies are making a comeback.
With two big-time movies starring primates—Kong: Skull Island and War for the Planet of the Apes—bowing in 2017, we thought it was time to rank all of the monkey movies of the past 25 years by Metascore.
Based on the best-selling book by Michael Crichton, this 1995 film was certainly no Jurassic Park.
The Austin Chronicle called Congo a “jaw droppingly bad” movie.
