Drama series debuts May 15 on HBO and HBO Max
Steven Moffat (Sherlock, Doctor Who) adapts Audrey Niffenegger's best-selling 2003 novel (previously turned into a not-so-great 2009 feature film) into an HBO series that, in classic British TV form, will span just six episodes in its first season. Directed in its entirety by David Nutter (Game of Thrones), the love story with a twist stars Rose Leslie as artist Clare Abshire and Theo James as librarian Henry DeTamble, a married couple who find themselves frequently separated as a result of Henry's rare genetic disorder that causes him to travel uncontrollably through time to different periods in their lives. Desmin Borges (You're the Worst) and Natasha Lopez also star.
