Drama series debuts May 15 on Hulu
The creative team behind Hulu's Emmy-nominated 2020 miniseries Normal People returns to tackle another book by Sally Rooney. Once again directed (in part) by Lenny Abrahamson and written (in part) by Alice Birch, the new 12-episode series adapts Rooney's first novel, which focuses on a pair of college students at Dublin's Trinity College—Frances (Alison Oliver) and her ex-girlfriend Bobbi (Sasha Lane)—and their complicated romantic relationships with an older married couple (Joe Alwyn, Jemima Kirke). Expect new music from Phoebe Bridgers in the series.
