New comedy series debuts May 6 on HBO Max. Another SNL writer could be headed to HBO this month, though the premiere hasn't officially been announced. Pause With Sam Jay, a new weekly 30-minute talk/comedy show starring comedian Sam Jay and produced by Insecure's Prentice Penny, is expected to launch on May 21st.
