Season 3 debuts May 23 on Netflix. Also returning after a lengthy hiatus (in this case, a mere four years), the Aziz Ansari- and Alan Yang-created comedy Master of None is one of Netflix's most critically acclaimed shows of all time, and has picked up numerous honors including three Emmy awards. One of those trophies came for a season 2 episode ("Thanksgiving") that centered not on Ansari's Dev but on his lesbian friend Denise (Lena Waithe), and it is the latter who will be the focus of this five-episode third season (subtitled "Moments in Love"), along with new co-star Naomi Ackie, who plays Denise's wife, Alicia. Waithe and Ansari co-wrote the season and the latter directed every episode, but will appear only briefly in the season.
