Season 2 debuts May 29 on Hulu. If you watched the Golden Globes in January, you saw actor-comedian Ramy Youssef walk on stage to collect the trophy for best actor in a comedy series, to the surprise of many (including Youssef himself). But his Hulu show—the first American comedy series to center on a Muslim family—has been impressing critics since its first season debuted in April of last year, making it one of 2019's best new shows. Ramy's second season streams at the end of the month and introduces a new mentor for the on-screen Ramy, played by Oscar-winner Mahershala Ali.
