In the gallery above, our editors have selected the most interesting TV shows and streaming/VOD movies debuting in March 2021, listed in order by premiere date.
Reality series debuts March 4 on Paramount+. The latest revival of MTV's genre-defining reality series—which helped kick off TV's reality obsession that continues to this day—finds the show moving to the new Paramount+ streaming service. This season, dubbed "The Real World Homecoming: New York," reunites the full cast from the show's original season (which aired in 1992) in the very same New York City loft location in Soho where they lived three decades ago. (The rent's a little higher this time.) Expect additional new Real World seasons—as well as a revival of MTV's Road Rules—to debut on Paramount+ in the coming years.
Other programming available at the March 4 launch of Paramount+ includes a 60 Minutes spinoff and a SpongeBob prequel series, Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years. Available ad-free for $10/month (a cheaper, ad-supported tier arrives in June), the service will include the full library of programming available now on CBS All Access (which is being folded into Paramount+) and will add additional exclusives over the coming months and years, including a Frasier reboot, new Star Trek shows, a pair of Yellowstone spinoffs, a Daily Show spinoff, new episodes of Inside Amy Schumer, and more.
