Horror film debuts June 25 on Hulu
Broad City's Ilana Glazer stars alongside Justin Theroux, Pierce Brosnan, Sophia Bush, and Gretchen Mol in a thriller about a loving couple whose lives begin spiraling out of control after enlisting a renowned but sinister fertility doctor in their quest for a child. False Positive is the second feature from writer-director John Lee (following Pee-wee's Big Holiday), whose extensive TV comedy career includes co-creating such cult shows as Wonder Showzen and The Heart, She Holler and directing Broad City and Delocated. A very quick early teaser suggests that (as might be expected) the horror film could have a somewhat comedic tone, but we'll know more when False Positive debuts at the Tribeca Film Festival in mid-June ahead of its Hulu debut.
