Finally arriving this month after originally targeting a November 2020 release, this highly anticipated indie comes from Columbian studio Dreams Uncorporated. They have crafted a self-described "love letter" to classic JRPGs like Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger with a fairytale story that lets your character, Crisbell, experience past, present, and future simultaneously as she attempts to thwart the plans of an evil Empress to destroy the world. Cris Tales features hand-drawn 2D animation and turn-based combat, with over 20 hours of gameplay across multiple locations (which you travel between via boat and airship).
