Movie debuts July 14 on Netflix
Karen Gillan, Lena Headey, Carla Gugino, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Bassett, and Paul Giamatti star in an action film about an all-female group of assassins that unfolds over the course of a single evening. The film, which was once headed to theaters, has been earning early comparisons to Kill Bill (and John Wick) and a sequel is already in pre-production, so it might be okay to have high-ish expectations despite Netflix's uneven feature film track record. (Director Navot Papushado also earned solid reviews for a previous film, Big Bad Wolves.)
