Fall Games Preview: 20 Most-Anticipated Videogames
While some of the most-anticipated games originally expected this year have—no surprise here—been delayed into 2018, the fall months will still bring plenty of options. Below, we profile the most noteworthy videogames scheduled for release between now and the end of 2017.
Is it a bad sign that this game was already featured in our fall preview ... last year? The delayed sequel to the 2014 role-playing adventure South Park: The Stick of Truth (based, in turn, on Comedy Central's long-running animated series) features an improved combat system and a female playable character, among other changes, while retaining Trey Parker and Matt Stone's warped sense of humor, which is expressed through such gameplay innovations as new controls for total sphincter manipulation.
