Debuts October 5 on Hulu. It looks like horror fans will have a few new titles to look for in October. Kicking things off is Hulu's new Blumhouse-produced anthology series, which is structured a bit differently than most TV anthologies. One new feature-length episode will air on the first Friday of every month for the next year, with each new episode themed around a holiday occurring that month.
Up first is a Halloween episode, "The Body," which centers on a cynical hitman (Tom Bateman) who finds the holiday interfering with his work. Relative newcomer Paul Davis directs and co-writes. November's Thanksgiving-themed episode, "Flesh & Blood," comes from director Patrick Lussier (2009's My Bloody Valentine) and stars Dermot Mulroney as a father caring for his agoraphobic teenage daughter.
