Since the departure of The Colbert Report, Comedy Central has had trouble filling its post-Daily Show slot, with both Larry Wilmore's The Nightly Show and @midnight failing to gain traction. Next to try is former Daily Show correspondent Jordan Klepper, whose four-nights-a-week series seems to borrow from the Colbert playbook. But while the latter satirized Fox News, The Opposition will be taking on "alt-right" sources like Infowars.
