One of this year's stranger newcomers, this adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name stars Christopher Meloni as a corrupt cop turned intoxicated hit man and Patton Oswalt as the voice of the imaginary tiny winged blue horse who talks to him after he suffers a heart attack. (Talking blue horse? At least it's not another can of vegetables.) Brian Taylor (Crank) directs and co-writes the opener.
