Pre Strike Sweep by GØGGS
Out September 28 on In the Red. Don't think for a minute that a few months would go by without a release from Ty Segall. His next album (and third of 2018) is actually the second LP from GØGGS, a collaboration between Segall and drummer Charles Moothart (who also records with Segall as Fuzz), vocalist Chris Shaw (of Ex-Cult), and bassist Michael Anderson. Oh, and before we could even finish writing this paragraph, Segall announced yet another album: Fudge Sandwich, due October 26 on In the Red, is an 11-track collection of covers of songs by artists ranging from Funkadelic and Sparks to Neil Young and The Grateful Dead.
