Fall Music Preview (2017): 40+ Key Albums
The next few months will bring new albums from St. Vincent, Taylor Swift, U2, Beck, Morrissey, Foo Fighters, Kelela, and more. We have selected 40 of this fall's most-anticipated releases (plus some bonus picks), and you can listen to tracks from each one below.
In 1976, Neil Young spent a day recording a solo acoustic album in Malibu. That album, Hitchhiker, was never released, though many of its tracks later resurfaced elsewhere (usually in re-recorded form). Hitchhiker finally arrives this week in its entirety as originally recorded, including two songs ("Hawaii" and "Give Me Strength") never released anywhere else.
