The follow-up to 2017's Banjo-Kazooie-inspired 3D platformer Yooka-Laylee takes a different classic game as its inspiration: Donkey Kong Country. That means Impossible Lair is a 2D platformer (with a 3D overworld for accessing different levels), though it again comes from Playtonic Games. The game will arrive in October, though an exact date has not been revealed.
