Fall Network TV Preview: A Guide to All 17 New Shows
In the gallery above, we preview all 17 of the new shows debuting this fall on the five broadcast networks, listed in alphabetical order.
WHEN: Sunday, September 29 on Fox
WHAT: The first of two new animated comedies headed to Fox this season focuses on a financially struggling but happy group of Southerners. It'll be part of the network's "Animation Domination" block on Sundays, where it will follow The Simpsons. While Mike Judge is not involved in the project, the series will technically take place in the same universe as King of the Hill since the Harts will do their shopping at the Mega Lo Mart.
WHO'S IN IT: Voices come from Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Jillian Bell, Ike Barinholtz, and Drew Tarver, while Kumail Nanjiani recurs as the voice of Jesus Christ.
WHO MADE IT: Emily Spivey (a writer on SNL, Last Man on Earth, and Parks & Rec and creator of Up All Night) is the creator—and she modeled the Harts after her own family—while Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are among the producers.
