Drama series debuts December 14 on Disney+
A series spinoff from the National Treasure film franchise (and let's hope the TV version is better), Edge of History centers on Jess (Lisette Alexis), a DREAMer whose search for answers about her family takes her on an adventure to save a lost treasure. There's no Nicolas Cage to be found, but Justin Bartha and Harvey Keitel will reprise their roles from the films, while other cast members include Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jordan Rodrigues, Jake Austin Walker, and Zuri Reed. Mira Nair (Monsoon Wedding) directs. Like most Disney+ shows, there will be a weekly rollout, but two episodes will be available on premiere day.
