15 Films to See in December
The force is strong with this month: The final weeks of 2015 could bring some of the year's best movies. At the very least, December will feature new releases from directors such as David O. Russell, Quentin Tarantino, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Ron Howard, Spike Lee, Michael Moore, and Charlie Kaufman.
Oh, and there's a little something called The Force Awakens, though if you are hearing about it from us for the very first time, congratulations on awakening from your coma.

Currently the best-reviewed film of 2015, this stop-motion animated feature from the mind of Charlie Kaufman, the writer of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and writer-director of Synecdoche, New York, has already earned Independent Spirit Award nominations for best feature and for Jennifer Jason Leigh's supporting performance. Co-directed with animator Duke Johnson (Community), the film follows author Michael Stone (voiced by David Thewlis) as he travels to Cincinnati to give a speech. There, he meets Lisa, the most unique woman he has ever encountered—who also happens to be the only person in his universe who doesn't sound like actor Tom Noonan.
