The list includes releases through June 30, 2018 that have received at least 15 reviews from professional critics as of July 2nd. (Re-releases, EPs, and compilations are also excluded, and note that even though you'll see rounded Metascores, the albums are ranked prior to rounding.)
After releasing a mixtape and an EP, touring with Lana Del Rey, and appearing on a recent Gorillaz album, singer-songwriter Kali Uchis finally released her debut studio album in April. Guests on the widely praised set include Tyler the Creator, Bootsy Collins, and Jorja Smith, while producers include Greg Kurstin, Dave Sitek, Thundercat, and Damon Albarn.
