25 Best Horror Films of the Past Decade

A best of the decade horror list would feel incomplete without the names Stephen King and Mike Flanagan somewhere on it. Flanagan directed five horror films this decade (Oculus, Hush, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Before I Wake, and Doctor Sleep) in addition to this adaptation of King’s 1992 novel about a married couple’s bedroom game gone horribly wrong. Carla Gugino, spending most of the film handcuffed to a bed, gives a riveting performance.
