Ricardo Darin stars as Julián, a teacher who is terminally ill and has decided to stop cancer treatment and get his affairs in order when his childhood friend Tomás (Javier Cámara of Talk to Her) pays him a surprise visit. Unable to change Julián’s mind, Tomás helps his friend make funeral arrangements and find a home for his beloved dog, Truman.
