2020 Games Preview: 40 Notable Releases Including Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us Part II, and More
In the gallery above, find details on the most-anticipated games that are expected to be released for PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC during 2020. (They're listed in alphabetical order.) While our list only includes games with confirmed release dates or that seem more likely than not to come out this year, you'll also find some of the more remote possibilities for 2020 compiled at the end of the gallery.
Out tbd for PC. The third game in Paradox's medieval RPG/strategy series follows 2012's Crusader Kings II, which is still popular to this day (and continued to receive updates through 2018). Once again, you'll get to build an alternate history of the Middle Ages as you develop your own European dynasty through the centuries. Paradox has suggested that the new Kings will play more as an RPG than the previous game, though many of CK2's features will return alongside a larger and more detailed map and (obviously) improved visuals. Note that subscribers to Xbox Game Pass for PC will get the game for free with their subscription.
