Out May 29 for PlayStation 4. It's post-apocalyptic survival horror at its best. Few games landed on more best-of-the-decade lists than The Last of Us, Naughty Dog's first major game following their Uncharted series. A remastered version is also the best-ever Sony exclusive released on the PS4 to date.
Seven years later, The Last of Us is finally getting a sequel. The single-player-only Part 2 picks up five years after the events of the first game and this time centers on returning character Ellie, who is now 19, though it also brings back her father, Joel. Joining the cast is Shannon Woodward (Westworld), who voices 19-year-old Ellie's new (NPC) love interest, Dina. It's reportedly the longest game that Naughty Dog has made to date, and it incorporates a new traversal system, a new upgrade system, smarter AI enemies, and other small changes to gameplay in addition to furthering Ellie's story.
