Sara Mair

Biography: With an associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University and stints at high-profile restaurants in Miami, including one as sous-chef during Michelle Bernstein's time at Tantra, Sara brings experience and passion to her work. Currently consulting and refining her cheese-making technique, Sara hopes to take her skills back to her homeland.
