Lia Bardeen

Biography: A native of Tacoma, Washington, Lia has taken a much different path than she originally planned. Although she started as a literature major, this self-trained chef moved to New York so she could study with the best; she is now Executive Sous-Chef at Jean Georges in Manhattan, and should bring this same persistence to the competition.
