Biography: Harry loves his family and is totally devoted to his kids, so when Harry discovered that his son was ashamed of his own obesity, it was immediately clear that a transformation was long overdue. The impressionable 7 year-old even asked his father to drop him off around the corner from school, so that the other kids wouldn't tease him. It was a shameful moment that made Harry realise that his obesity was an issue that affected his entire family.
No stranger to fierce competition, Harry joined the elite when he represented Australia in the Javelin event at the Pacific Games, in 1988. Even after his successful time in athletics, Harry continued to be competitive, training hard as a bodybuilder and weightlifter. As he devoted more time to his family and less time to training, Harry's weight ballooned, helped by his love for Greek cuisine. Some major changes in diet and exercise will be necessary if Harry is to make his boys proud.
