David Dennis
Biography: Character player David Dennis came to specialize in slightly brutish, imposing characterizations with ongoing portrayals of such types as guards, soldiers, and police lieutenants. Dennis enjoyed a multi-episode run as Cape City Police Detective Sew Sew Tukarrs on the Sci-Fi Channel series Charlie Jade before joining the cast of the thoughtful, lesbian-themed apartheid drama The World Unseen (both projects were produced in South Africa). He then delved into his first major Hollywood project as a slave guard in Roland Emmerich's effects-heavy action spectacular 10,000 B.C. (2008).
