Chandra West

Biography: Canadian actress Chandra West proved her versatility in the twin arenas of film and television. After paying her dues with a series of roles in potboilers and exploitative direct-to-video programmers -- such as the 1993 Puppet Master 4, the 1994 Puppet Master 5, and the 1998 Universal Soldier II -- West ascended a few dozen notches by scoring occasional appearances on the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and NYPD Blue, then segued into A-list feature roles in films such as The Salton Sea (2002) and White Noise (2005). In 2007, she signed for one of her highest-billed roles up through that time: that of Oli in the Iraq War-themed psychodrama Badland (2007).
