Andrew Cuerden

Biography: Andrew started dancing when he was eight years old, at his older sister's birthday party. He then went on to take dance lessons in his teens, whilst continuing playing rugby at the weekends.
He spent seven years as a competive dancer in South Africa, before moving to England during the 1990s.

He turned professional in 2005 with partner Hannah Haarala. Most recently he appeared in the third series of Strictly Come Dancing partnered with Jaye Jacobs although he was knocked out in the second week of the competition.
