    Damn, this is not what I expected going into this album. The opening track "I thought about killing you" is a real good introduction to the themes and vibe of this album. You can interpret the track in two ways which I like as well. The track "Violent crimes" is also one that goes really deep into the thoughts of Kanye, which is weird since the song is ghost written. That takes a bit the credit away off of the song, but it's still great. "Ghost Town and All MIne" are just real radio songs, I dunno what he did on "All mine" but it just works, the fast rap/singing with the bubbly beat. In my opinion the track "yikes" takes a turn for the worse, that's the only track I don't really like that much even though it's on the short side. I don't like the beat and the rapping on this. "Wouldn't leave" has a great chorus by PARTYNEXTDOOR and the lyrics and rap by Kanye are also fantastic, same can be said for the track "No mistakes", I LOVE the Slick Rick sample, I dunno why but it gives it a real nostalgic feeling.

    Overall this is just a great Kanye project and in my opinion it's underrated and overhated by critics. But I'm glad people enjoy the album for what it is even though it doesn't have that many bangers, it's a really viby and chill album.

    Definitely it's worst Kanye album out, raw mix and master, weird beats, I feel like this album is missing something, not a fan of this album but I can understand people that love it and consider it as top 3 Kanye. Perfect word to describe this is RAW.

    a deeper album for Kanye with his diagnoses of being bipolar really **** with his head and on this album it shows it has some really messy tracks with all mine being a skip and a lot of weird themes with the album but it has amazing tracks like ghost town, no mistakes, violent crimes and wouldn't leave

    Kanye’s most underrated album, there are absolutely no skips. Album gets better with time, Ghost Town and Violent Crimes are both top 10 Kanye tracks

    A grower. Upon first listen I didn't think much of it but after another listen and a video from turning the tables I grew to love it. Ghost town is one of my favorite Kanye songs, but the fact that violent crimes wasn't entirely written by Kanye is very disappointing. The middle of the album is a little rough, but if you can stomach that and would like a peek into Kanye's mind at hisA grower.     this album could've been great, it just feels as if at least one thing went wrong with the creation of each song. "all mine" and "i thought about killing you" have incredible production, but "all mine" fails lyrically, and "i thought about killing you" turns a great sample into a painful soundscape of kanye taking about how **** bad he wants to kill himself.

    It’s all right. Really short, which is good. Most of the tracks on here are fine, like, pretty standard songs. But then you have ‘Ghost Town’ which is no doubt one of Kanye’s all time best.

    There’s also ‘All Mine’ though.

    A veeeery forgetable sticker on Kanye West's discography, "Ye" has some charm, but fails on being what it was supposed to. Not that bad though, just, meh.

    Ye was enjoyable but is really carried by the final two tracks. Tracks 1-5 are just kinda subpar. But the reason this is a positive review is that Ghost Town and more specifically Violent Crimes and top tier tracks. I remember listening to these last couple tracks on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and was absolutely in awe. Just solid but wish the first 5 tracks could live up to the last two.

    Ye is a good album, for me is a short yet concise album, which sometimes plays in favor or against Ye, but the biggest problem is the lack of exploration on Ye's bipolar disorder, nevertheless I think and I hope this album will age really good, almost as good as Yeezus did. Basically, it falls short in comparison to his previous work, regardless it is pretty solid. Strong 7 or maybe even an 8.

    I came into this album with high hopes, my friend recommended it to me and we have similar music tastes so I expected this album would be good. and man was he so right this album was so great 10/10 I love every song on this album one of my favorites has to be "Ghost Town" I extremely recommend this album

    The intro track is genius, some very strong tracks in this short list, but overall an enjoyable listen and feels a more matured version of Kanye.

    This is Kanye's shortest yet most focused record to date, providing us with not only great songs but also the most introspective view into Kanye's personal struggles with his mental illness. To sum it up, the first half of the record exhibits Kanye's manic part of his psyche, where he has his ego, suicidality, and sexuality    An amazing Kanye record, definitely his most underrated.

    This is Kanye's shortest yet most focused record to date, providing us with not only great songs but also the most introspective view into Kanye's personal struggles with his mental illness. To sum it up, the first half of the record exhibits Kanye's manic part of his psyche, where he has his ego, suicidality, and sexuality unapologetically on display. The remaining 4 songs show his journey to freedom from his demons through his wife and kids, ending with Kanye's transformation from an egomaniacal, misogynistic celebrity to a loving, caring father who worries a lot about his kids and loves and appreciates his wife. Very wholesome vibes.

    All of this is accomplished in under 24 minutes, all while delivering some of Kanye's greatest tracks of all time and most personal verses, wrapped up in a neat bow with the immaculate production and creativity displayed throughout the project. The only small nitpick I have is that the instrumentation is a bit bare in the first half of All Mine, which makes it just slightly underwhelming and lacking in impact in that specific part. Nonetheless, this is undoubtedly one of Kanye's best albums to date, and deserves much more attention and love from fans and audiences in general.

    Ye is a very short but beautiful piece of work. Each track has its own brilliant qualities and the project as whole is unbelievably entertaining thematically, the only track I have a problem with is parts on No Mistakes which seems to be the most out of place which is what most people seek to be its biggest flaw. However, I just can't seem to understand how people can't enjoy this project.

    This album really takes into perspective how Kanye is feeling and what goes on through his brain throughout all of his daily struggles, and I feel he does this perfectly with this album. Wish it had more tracks to it, but I do think this album gets the message through clearly, as well as the songs being very catchy and great while also diving into the brain of Kanye West.     This album is pretty bland coming from someone as bold and in your face as Kanye West is. Some of these songs are good, i cant say that i will come back to this thing as a whole anytime soon. This was the first Kanye album that i heard in full and it was not the amazing experience i thought it would be.

    Pretty good album. I like all of the songs a lot. But also All Mine is a very iffy song to me, sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't. Kinda weird.

    ye is an average album with some good songs, some bad songs, and some songs that will clearly be spun millions of times. The problem is that "average" has never been good enough for Kanye West nor should it be.
