    the lyrics and production on this album are all over the place, the hooks on a lot of songs are awfull and apart from nicki minaj the features dont do nothing for this album. its not a bad album by any means but is for sure the worst she has ever put out

    Truly wonderful. Ariana Grande is showing a whole new level of versatility. She is incorporating r&b with a hint of pop and a touch of 90s diva. She is portraying what artist growth is. I'm incredibly proud of her, her work, and this new album. This piece is wonderfully produced and vocally executed well. This is a masterpiece. I love you Ariana!

    Melhor trabalho dela; como o próprio nome diz, as músicas são doces, adoráveis e agradáveis, sendo bastante coesas. Algumas ficaram presas na mesmice, mas a maioria conseguiu trazer algo diferente (o que acarretou críticas mal-fundamentadas). De todo jeito, um ótimo álbum.

    Sweetene ris a fabulous album R & B, in this album we realized that Aryan has no way of innovating as many teen has. she is so safe and her voice is impeccable, the songs are all hymns if the haters did not like .... problem them

    Sweetener is Ariana's best album to date. She tried a new style and has outdone herself. Breathin' would be a perfect third single tho. I'm obsessed with the album! Great job Ariana!

    Пишу из Росси))) Самый шикарный альбом. Может,для кого-то он и не такой ожидаемый,но меня все устраивает. Многие ждали именно такую музыку. Альбом на репите. Люблю ОрЕаНу!

    Этот альбом шикарен,он очень особенный и несёт в себе сообщение.Определённо это новое звучание,к которому не все привыкли в этом и особенность альбома Sweetener.Мои любимые песни однозначно: R.E.M, breathin и no tears left to cry

"Sweetener" é a desconstrução da "Dangerous Woman" e o nascimento de uma pessoa humana, para o público. Seus vocais não"Sweetener" definitivamente é o "Joanne" de Lady Gaga, para Ariana Grande. Este álbum pode não ter em seus pontos fortes grandes letras, mas a harmonia que o compõe faz está trajetória de quarenta minutos parecerem uma longa conversa de si para si mesmo em seu cérebro. "Sweetener" é a desconstrução da "Dangerous Woman" e o nascimento de uma pessoa humana, para o público.     a diverse but at the same time cohesive album, full of unexpected sounds that were not used to from Ariana. Truly a breath of fresh air in the, at the moment, monotone music scene. Her best album by far.

Меня очень заинтересовала No Tears Left to Cry, но потом ужасно расстроила The Light Is Coming, а потом снова порадовала God Is A Woman. И вот, альбом вышел, и что мы имеем? Альбом из 15 песен, в котором почти все - проходняк. Ариана способна на большее, но этот продюсерский состав заставил ее петь вотАльбом, который был настолько мною ожидаем, что не смог оправдать эти самые ожидания. Меня очень заинтересовала No Tears Left to Cry, но потом ужасно расстроила The Light Is Coming, а потом снова порадовала God Is A Woman. И вот, альбом вышел, и что мы имеем? Из всего альбома больше всего мне понравились синглы No Tears Left To Cry и God Is A Woman, также Better Off и Breathing. Остальное или просто не вызвало никаких эмоций, либо же это находится на том же уровне, что и The Light Is Coming - то есть отвратный продакшн. Все дуэты тут сделаны ужасно. Как будто делалось на скорую руку. Дуэт с Фареллом - самый проигрышный из всех. Дуэт с Минаж звучит ужасно как песня, но партия Минаж звучит лучше, чем некоторые песни с ее собственного альбома Queen.     O álbum realmente está incrível, mostrando um novo lado da Ariana, que não se prende a um gênero que as pessoas gostam e impõem, ela saiu de sua zona de conforto, para inovar, espero que em seu próximo álbum ela inove mais ainda seu contexto musical e tente também alguns outros estilos (nos que ela se encaixe, obviamente).

    a perfeição em forma de álbum. a mensagem que esse álbum passa é maravilhosa e o fato que a Ariana saiu da zona de conforto pra buscar o próprio som o torna melhor ainda.

The first half of the record features glitchy, R&B infused Pharrell produced songs - including the tropical mediocrity of Blazed and the brilliant dreamy state of REM. It’s a risky move for such an established pop star, known for her huge choruses and pop deliciousness. However, the risk pays off. Ariana’s taken a newAriana’s fourth studio album ‘Sweetener’ is all about being balance. It’s a risky move for such an established pop star, known for her huge choruses and pop deliciousness. However, the risk pays off. Ariana’s taken a new approach rom her music that sounds incredibly refreshingly. Those fans who feared Ariana might not be the pop starlet they once loved anymore can rest easy from track eight (the Max Martin standard pop of Everytime) onwards, as Ariana throws back her sound back to her warm, R&B roots from ‘My Everything’ with the explicit and raw Better Off and the uneventfully dull Pete Davidson. Her ‘Dangerous Woman’ days pop up in many ways also, with the runner for third single, Breathin and the Imogen Heap covered Goodnight n Go. Ariana’s at her best when she’s gets personal about her anxiety in emotional tracks such as Get Well Soon - a chaotically beautiful collection of her panicked thoughts that finishes with 40 seconds to spare; a haunting tribute to the victims of the 2017 Manchester Attack.… Expand

    Grande’s new sound, the Williams-produced Not-Bangers, only make up half of the album. These standout tracks are interspersed between standard pop tracks. ... That’s not to say that the Bangers on Sweetener are bad--it’s more that they belong in previous era of Grande and they spoil the flow between songs. Sweetener may not be the dawning of a new age for Ariana but it could be a step towards somewhere weird and wonderful.

    Ms. Grande backs up her statements with song-and-dance mastery. ... She’s her own choir, support group and posse. While a few guest vocalists (Mr. Williams, Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliott) provide a little grit for contrast, Ms. Grande sails above any fray, past or present. Her aplomb is her triumph.
