    The amount of people giving this album a bad review is really sad. You asked Ariana to experiment, she did and then you complain? She can't win. I'm so impressed with it. Her best piece of work to date.

    this album is perfection . it shows her artistic growth and how she is switching up her sound for the better . i was slightly unsure wether i’d like it as much as i like her pop music but this album is 10x better than her 3 previous albums . go listen to it , it’s a major grower if you didn’t lkle it from the start (how could you not like it tho)

    A stunning album !! So fun and light, beautiful lyrics and chill songs. Definetely her best album yet. Breathin, Get Well Soon and Everytime are amazing !!!!

    Experimental. Never expected something like this from her (in a good way!). People bashing this album are the ones that's been saying to Ariana to change her sound since she dropped My Everything, but when she does it, they don't ike it because it's not pop. Make it make sense....

    Ariana created her best album to date. This isn’t an opinion, it‘s a fact. Each track stands on its own, the lyrics represent her life: whether it is about love, success or self care, she puts her heart on her sleeve for the first time. She could have easily made a Dangerous Woman 2.0 but she experimented and topped all of my expectations. Listen to all her discography from Yours Truly tilAriana created her best album to date.     Sweetener is one of Ariana’s most experimental and cohesive albums she has released TO DATE. Sweetener is almost full of sounds we haven’t heard from Ariana before and she has successfully created one of the best albums of 2018.

    this is so different to her previous albums yet i loved EVERY BIT of it, she truly did that with everytime, breathin' and goodnight n go. THIS ALBUM IS A 10000/10

    this album is her best so far.. it allows us to explore ariana’s feelings, it takes you to places. its a perfect mix of pop and R&B and shows ariana’s vocal abilities as well. it is truly phenomenal and has a special message behind it that hopefully everyone would get!.

    Best Ariana Album to date.All of the tracks are different but the album is perfectly connected together into one beautiful message,as Ariana said to sweeten the situation.

    This album is so powerful & fun . Its a mixture of r&b and pop which is why i love it more ! and also this has different flavours to it . Every song is so unique and beautiful in their own ways . Considering this as one of her BEST album ever :)

    Ms. Ariana Grande shows that she is not scared to explroe new sounds. This record shows how much she has matured over her musical career and that she cannot be constrained to only pop like most artists. Good effort by the vocalist.

    such an amazing album, all songs are great to listen to which is different from her past albums where there would be some songs that would be skipped. 'breathin' is so beautiful and really shows how Ariana was feeling after the Manchester incident. I loved that in 'get well soon' she left 40 seconds of remembrance time for the victims who were lost in the tragic event on 5/22 (which is howsuch an amazing album, all songs are great to listen to which is different from her past albums where there would be some songs that would be skipped. 'breathin' is so beautiful and really shows how Ariana was feeling after the Manchester incident. I loved that in 'get well soon' she left 40 seconds of remembrance time for the victims who were lost in the tragic event on 5/22 (which is how long the track is) Also songs like 'blazed' and 'boderline' are fun upbeat songs which i think that everyone would want to dance too.     This is by far Ariana's most personal and experimental album. She is pushing the boundary and expectations of what people think they can expect from her. These R&B inspired tracks give a bright glimpse into the future of Grande's work.

It really distinguishes itself from the others in consistency and how it has a defined sonority, something I believe Ariana hasn’t done so well in other albums - while Ariana achieved to prove her versatility in her first three albums, I appreciate the fact this one Sweetener has a defined sonority, as stated.     Sweetener is Ariana’s best album by far. She’s experimenting with her sound, and that’s how someone can grow artistically. Her vocals on the album are so powerful, and she hasn’t only used her head voice (that gives me chills everytime), but her lower register too. Definitely a great album!!! Everything about it is perfect!

    Not the best album but HER best album. Each song has a story and it's very personal. It may lack vocals demonstration but it still is great as **** I can feel her through this album and that's why it's my favorite. breathin is the best song narrowly followed by god is a woman which empowers women perfectly

    The public asked for music that is different and unique yet catchy and interesting. And Ariana Grande has managed to give it to them, and at the same time, trying to spread love and light. She has matured through her personality and through her music and the everyone couldn’t have been prouder.

    Grande’s new sound, the Williams-produced Not-Bangers, only make up half of the album. These standout tracks are interspersed between standard pop tracks. ... That’s not to say that the Bangers on Sweetener are bad--it’s more that they belong in previous era of Grande and they spoil the flow between songs. Sweetener may not be the dawning of a new age for Ariana but it could be a step towards somewhere weird and wonderful.

    Ms. Grande backs up her statements with song-and-dance mastery. ... She’s her own choir, support group and posse. While a few guest vocalists (Mr. Williams, Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliott) provide a little grit for contrast, Ms. Grande sails above any fray, past or present. Her aplomb is her triumph.
