Although these last few years have had a bad time, they have given us excellent music and none is the exception. But most of the public I hate it, I really don't understand it !! I disrespect perry. The album has a good concept, some great songs that are really worth listening to a thousand times and of course it is perfect, unlike Wittness it does not bring much more catchy songs that are not easy to forget. For me Katy deserves all the unconditional love. She has never given us something to hate her. If you don't have anything good to say to the great perry. Then shut your mouth. She doesn't disrespect anyone because those who criticize to hurt her are **** in the head.… Expand

    O álbum mais bem produzido sonoricamente da Katy! As músicas tem batidas descontraídas, contagiantes e que vão crescendo durante o decorrer da música, cry about it later é a melhor!

    Amazing record, really what we needed for this pandemic. If only critics focused on her work instead of her as a person, this is definitely going to be one of the best albums released this year. Congrats miss Perry. you did THAT!

    The bubblegum pop sweetheart is back at her lane again with a hit after hit anthemic tracks that brings back her Smile. Having an astounding 4 trilogies about Therapy, Recovery, Happiness and True Love, from “losing her self-control” to “there it is, Katheryn”. Katy, herself make sure that during the world’s dilemma she will turn our frown upside-down.

    With a beautiful voice, QUEEN KATY PERRY killed it. THE ALBUM MADE ME SMILE. Absolutely amazing. I can't even choose my favourite one from the album. YOU HAVE TO listen to the album.

    Smile can be split into four acts of; Therapy, Recovery, Happiness and Love - each act has its own standout tracks and they all blend so well together. Smile isn't necessarily sonically coherent - each track definitely has its own sound - but, lyrically, it's some of Katy's best work.

    Smile has been curated over the course of two years, beginning when Katy was at her lowest point and    Smile can be split into four acts of; Therapy, Recovery, Happiness and Love - each act has its own standout tracks and they all blend so well together. Smile isn't necessarily sonically coherent - each track definitely has its own sound - but, lyrically, it's some of Katy's best work.

    Smile has been curated over the course of two years, beginning when Katy was at her lowest point and rather than shy away from that, she lets us in to the battles she's faced with the public eye and her mental health and I couldn't be more thankful for that brutal honesty.

    Katy described Smile as a split between Teenage Dream and PRISM and that becomes most apparent in tracks like Tucked and Only Love, but she also tries new avenues of 'pop' with stand-out tracks Cry About It Later, Not the End of the World and one of her best tracks to date, Never Really Over.    … Expand

    SMiLE. Un disco bailable, vulnerable en sus acusticos y fantastico. Te transporta como fan a una felicidad unica.. sus sonidos fuera de lo que acostumbeaba hacer, encajan perfectamente como CHAMPAGNE PROBLEMS, TEARY EYES o WHAT MAKES A WOMAN. Su trabajo es increible, diria que es su SEGUNDO mejor trabajo.

    The real critic here are the listeners. This might be her most personal and best album ever. I don't see the reason why "critics" hate katy so bad. SMILE DESERVES MORE.

    the album looks amazing! the music production was incredible. The compositions are beautiful, with many metaphors and cohesive among themselves. The soft vocals are captivating. It is an album of great potential.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
